Abstract : This study aims to identify the interest of civil society organizations in the internal audiences by studying the internal communication (organizational) of these institutions, and examining the internal audiences' priorities, upward communication and evaluating communicative plans and programs, as well as examining the extent to which communication plans and programs meet the priorities of the internal audience, through studying the case of symmetrical communication in the public relations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jeddah. The study was based on a descriptive approach and was conducted on a sample of (206) employees of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jeddah in 1439H, where a questionnaire was prepared by the researcher for the purposes of this study. The questionnaire included (39) paragraphs or question measuring the interest of civil society institutions in the internal audience. The study concluded with several results. The most important of these was that the Department of Public Relations in the Chamber of Commerce is concerned with the process of communicating with the employees and clarifying the policies of the organization. While, it does not care to supervise the communication between senior management and employees, And that the Department of public relations hires and employs social communications means in its internal program of communications. The results of the study showed that the senior management of the Chamber of Commerce is not interested in identifying the internal desires and opinions of the public, or taking them into account when making decisions, as well as the lack of interest of the level of job satisfaction within the staff of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jeddah. Based on the findings of the study, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations. The most important of these were: The need to develop internal communication strategies, in line with the new technological tools and means, to meet both the needs of workers and the needs of work policies, and follow up the for both direct manager or senior management with staff and listen to them.
